Contracted through by roofer. Good gutters but Chris does not stand by his work and is not pleasant to work with in the slightest. We had a conversation about one side of house. The longest side. He asked if I wanted to delete a downspout. I sis she’s as long as all water could drain to one side. He said yes.
While on the roof he realized the facia board was not even. Instead of contacting me or making a decision to put another downspout on the other end to avoid run over, he left it. Now my gutter leaks every rain storm on that end and hold water after.
I contacted him to see if he can make it right as clearly being a gutter professional he should have made sure it didn’t overflow. He wants to charge me $500 for the downspout. The job was $3600 for ~300ft of gutter. For that price he should have stood by his work and made sure my new gutters didn’t leak.
