    On 10-30-20 Robert Coggin, VIP Construction sends me this email: "Good day Jim, I am sorry it took so long. This is what we will stand by. We will not waiver, if you chose not to sign, we will call for a Florida State Statue 558. All work will cease until this takes place. Your attorney will meet with ours at jobsite for review. Regards Robert Coggins VIP Construction Services LLC."

    I believe this is Coggins/VIP attempt to threaten me to sign and agree to his terms in his Agreement/Release including a non-disparagement provision giving up my right to free speech as it relates to my unending nightmare with VIP, Romano and Coggins.

    This 6 mo. job +/- started with $5,000 deposit to VIP 1/26/2019... 21 MONTHS AGO!

    Omg Buyer Beware is all I have to say!!! If anyone and I mean anyone considers using this guy Antonio Ramano VIP Construction in Tampa or anywhere else (if that’s really his name), call me and you will never ever look twice at him. We built our dream home almost 5 years ago and unfortunately were referred to use him to build our pool by our lighting contractor who we trusted implicidly! In the middle lot our project our lighting contractor passed away. I’m guessing he would have held Antonio accountable but who the heck knows! I had to call him everyday because no one would be there working on our pool. And when they were here it was one person who looked like Antonio just picked him up hitchhiking. After many months of anguish and heartbache from trying to get this company to complete our project and after he got his money which btw they would never show up after they got a draw, the night mare had really just begun. Today almost 5 years later our 75k dollar pool is having to be re done because as the many people that we had come out to tell us why we we were paying 700bdollarsb a month for water bill and tried to locate the leak in our pool/spa, they told us our pool was slowly falling apart. The tile was falling off, the flooring pebbletek which was a darker color was always had a white film all over it and Antonio was continually notified and text and called hundreds of times. For years and years which he would only make a show or text back after we threatened him with a law suit then he would fall off the face of the earth again. So you see today we are putting thousands of dollars back into our what should be perfectly fine 5 year old pool and I will continue to write these reviews so that Antonio Ramano ans vIP construction and whoever represents them and whomever they change their name to isn’t able to fool anyone else and is not able to take anyone’s hard earned money. We also will be suing Antonio for all of the costs associated with this fiasco. Run do not walk away from this company that pretends to have knowledge or customer service.... RUN!!!!!!!!you have been warned!

    Stay away from this company. Provided a deposit to Antonio for a pool construction project that was to take 3 months. 5 months went by with no action. After repeated attempts to get work started I requested my money back. I have now been trying to recoup my deposit for the last 4 months. Every week it is something else. "I dropped it in your mailbox, didn't you get it? My mom was supposed to send it. I'm out of town will send next week." Antonio and VIP Construction Services are thieves.
