    We bought a newly built house with VIP Contracting as the one to contact for any defects within 12 months. Tenants moved in a few weeks after we closed and said that the AC isn't running. I called the number provided as well as multiple numbers from Google. They all went to voicemail which I left quite a few. Tenants had a small portable AC unit so we were okay for a couple of days. I finally had to call for an outside service person to fix the unit and instead of the defect being paid under warranty from VIP Contracting, we now have to pay for it. Then the agent who sold us the house contacted us letting us know that he felt bad about not responding to us. I don't think he did.
