10 months after my floors were completed the floors completely faded, totally wearing all over, chipping and roughing. Contractor did NOT finish the floors with 2 coats as promised and paid for. Buyer beware. Contractor does NOT do what he claims and would not honor his work or fix. Run far away from this contractor...... I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

Hired through our general contractor. We had our basement finished and LVP put down. VIP put down our LVP, but did not perform proper leveling of the subfloor. While our GC said they did leveling it was only on about 25% of the basement subfloor and haphazardly at that. The LVP began separating in areas after only a few weeks and had to have it pulled up, the floor properly leveled, and put back down. For our 1st floor, they rushed through the job and there were areas where identical planks were put next to each other, sometimes 3+ touching, and areas where their hand cuts, not measured, were too deep and left the subfloor exposed.
