The home looks great so far, however the communication is totally lacking and non existent. My buyers are awaiting a confirmed closing date, and the selling realtor doesn’t respond to us at all. And the sellers finance company is vague at best. My client will be stuck putting their belongings in a storage unit, and live in a hotel for two or more weeks. Their lack of communication is the biggest drawback. Hope the finished product is better than the communication.
