I called to get information on a problem with my garage door. I was told by Holly that someone would call me the next day. She explained the service call fee if it was necessary to schedule a visit. I called the next day and explained I was waiting for a reply and was told that my information would be placed on the managers desk. How many hours/days does it take for a reply? Unacceptable.
