I worked directly with the General Manager of the company. I looked at three companies and awarded it to Virginia Mechanical, because everything was explained, my concerns were carefully considered, and they performed as they said they would. The other companies seemed to just want to cookie cutter the job while Virginia Mechanical's General Manager made a design to meet my exact requirements. I did not, however, work with the normal project manager, because of issue I had with him in the past. They were not the lowest cost bid, but the work was done very well and professionally.
