I used this service on the recommendation of another person that used this service. Boy, was I wrong in taking that recommendation. I should have known that I was dealing with an unprofessional service when he asked me to pick up supplies for him. The job was a simple installation of a faucet. When he arrived at the job, he had nothing but a few tools. He told me that the would need a couple of water supply lines and some teflon tape. I looked at him with a "So?" look. He then asked me to go to Home Depot to pick up these supplies. When I asked him why he didn't have the supplies himself, he said that his work truck was in the shop and he didn't have all of his equipment. So, he's telling me that he went to a job without equipment and with the belief that the customer would get the supplies for him. I don't know why I didn't just fire him on the spot. Well, I felt like giving him a chance. That was my second mistake. He installed the faucet, but it didn't seat right. After he left, I inspected it and realized that he installed it wrong. So, I called him back. He came back and worked on it only to tell me that his final work was the best that he could do. That's horrible.
I had to get another plumber in to my home to fix everything that he did. On his paperwork, it says that he is license and bonded. Well, I'll definitely have to file a complaint against this person. He's a well meaning person, but just horrible at what he does. I can't believe that he's still in business.
If you're in need of a plumber, PLEASE avoid this one!
