Beware, Bob Chan is a crook. He did a mediocre job at best renovating my kitchen and bathroom, and his workers broke and damaged countless things in my apartment. He takes zero accountability, lies, and only cares about money. He has no pride in his work, tries to rush everything as quick as possible. Once I paid him in full, he didn't fulfill the work we agreed on and told me too bad, he wasn't going to finish the job. Do not hire this aggressive con man.

I'm not sure what happened with Alex's project, but I can attest to the exact opposite experience with Bob Chan. He actually went above and beyond on multiple occasions during our last full gut project, taking responsibility for items that other tradesman that he didn't hire had messed up on, and has a level of quality in the details that I would normally only expect from top interior designers & architects, not a GC. I would hire Bob again for my next project in a heartbeat.
