We had this company build a custom built home and have had nothing but issues with the house. This is a 4 year old home and when we first moved in had an immediate plumbing issue where the drain pipe for the washer had not been connected and ended up with a flood in the house. We experienced issues with siding blowing off, flooring that was not installed properly, ceramic tile that was not properly installed, roofing issues starting back after we moved in and has continued to this day to include 5 different sections of the roof blowing off in windy conditions. Their level of experience is minimal in finishing such as flooring, roofing and plumbing. When the company uses subcontractors, they do not quality check the work otherwise we would not have had a flood from the washing machine hookup.
