I just want to say thank You for having such a great TEAM working for Vital A/C Solutions, Inc. The customer service is very professional and kind. The knowledge of your Service Team and Installation Team represent your company with Pride and excellence. they did the job well and cleaned all the areas they worked on. i am so relax right now i have 10 years warranty for labor and parts on my new Goodman AC unit.

6453 NW 20th Margate. I said I would rescind my first review if in the end it all worked out with a fair price in a fair amount of time and it did. So if you read my first post please disregard. I was hot, had a house full of family in from Tx. and was totally frustrated. That was not there problem. It was that it wasn't done right the first time but those things happen. They came the next day and told us what was the matter that it wouldn't be done that day but left us a room size one so we were comfortable for the night. They were there the next morning and started working. I would have written sooner but just as it dropped a degree the electric went out. Talk about timing. Then with the really hot days and no rain it didn't get to where we were use to, then the rain came. I woke up cold as did my daughter in law. All is well here and had that not worked, yes, we would have gone back to them to buy a new unit. The only reason I didn't give a five is I feel someone who specializes in air conditioning repair should have checked around a little more and they might have found the problem. Pouring bleach is something we try not something they try. Anyway it all worked out and yes we would recommend them and we would use them again. We try to use local businesses and sometimes it doesn't work, this time it did. Thank you for seeing to our needs.
