V.K. & Sons Inc. did a nice job painting the exterior of my house during the summer of 2021 but unfortunately other jobs I had hired them to do fell "flat". Caulking and painting of a newly installed Anderson sliding glass door and exterior painting of a newly installed Pella window were never completed as promised even though both jobs had already been 100% paid in full. I ended up hiring and paying another reputable carpentry/painting contractor to complete this work since I had been told by V.K. & Sons Inc. that it would be completed on a warm day, and we have had plenty of them.
In addition, an interior paint job scheduled for on or around January 2022 that deposits had been given in November and December 2021 never materialized. After being extremely patient and waiting almost 90 days, I finally lost confidence in V.K. & Sons Inc. and requested that my deposits be returned which they were. I realized that other customer's interior jobs had been placed ahead of mine based on recent GOOGLE reviews even though I had given deposits months prior. Again, I ended up hiring another reputable carpentry/painting contractor to finally do my interior job which I am pleased to say turned out excellent.
I really don't understand what happened with V.K & Sons Inc. After the house exterior painting was completed, I expected to hand additional jobs to them since I really thought we had a good business relationship. When they requested any payments, I immediately took care of it. I was a very good customer and respected them as a well-run company, but unfortunately I was not treated in the same manner.
