  Water Restoration kitchen

  Working with this company was better than what I thought, when I saw these reviews. I had water damage from my dishwasher failing and had to rip the flooring out, cabinets, and drywall.
  The manager who I worked with (Andrew) was a nice young man and checked up on the progress quite frequently. I was without a dish washer or sink for about two months and without an oven for about 3 months due to custom cabinets. Going into this job, I was hesitant after reading reviews that it went on for months for others to have their jobs put back together, but the manager explained the process and how to do it right we could only install appliances after certain conditions and progress was made.
  Andrew went out of his way and even set up a temporary sink for us till we got our countertops done and the sink was installed.
  Very pleased with the work and the timeline. Just over 4 months from the leak, the whole job was done including custom countertops and cabinets.
  I would recommend Andrew to anyone, we will be calling them again for future work!

  I also was referred by First Response Water. My kitchen was a total gut. Removal of kitchen started in April and the rebuild started in May. Half the cabinets were ordered wrong, so a setback. We would get a person one day a week if at all. There was excuse after excuse. We were without a sink and appliances for 5 months. I went a purchase items to try and keep the project going. Didn’t work. Now it’s October and the owner is here with project manager to try and complete kitchen. They scratch my new refrigerator and never told us. Had to paint because theirs was unacceptable. We were not able to put our shelf genies back in the cabinets due to cabinets not being order correctly. Husband and I our now doing the final work to our standards. There is no pride in there work.
  We would not recommend them at all.

  I was referred to this business by a water damage services company because of damage from a water leak. The workmanship that they do is shoddy and what I would describe as half-ass. It's been several months since they replaced my kitchen cabinets and hardwood flooring. Since then I regret trusting them and ever letting them in my home.

  I was not home during the day while repairs were being done by this company. One evening I returned home from work only to find my bask door wide open. Another time I returned home and my water was shut off because the worker caused a leak. When you point out something that is wrong or sloppily done the worker will have an excuse.

  I do not recommend using this company if you care about your home and your property.

  Bathroom and hall drywall repair, painting, and baseboard install.

  $3,000

  They took far too long, charged me way too much considering the poor workmanship, and had to do a weeks worth of rework. A simple drywall, paint and trim job turned out to be very painful for me and my family. Paint coverage was terrible and now I have to go behind the "pros" and paint again. Visitors to my home have commented about the work done to my house, and not good comments mind you. What a waste of $$$!

  Funny fact: The first day on the job, the guy asks to borrow a wrench, which I never got back! He also asked me for matches so that he could smoke (after being there for less than an hour) as well as a glass of water. Another guy would take a crap in my upstairs bathroom everyday before he got started. So unprofessional!!!

  I do not recommend this company!
