Probably the worst customer service one can expect. When I called them to give an estimate for replacement windows/doors, they insisted the co-owner had to be physically present thru out their so called 'presentation', which according to them is a favor they're doing for their customers. When I told them the other owner (though physically present but) prefer not to be part of their 'presentation', the representative contacted his boss (customer rep?) who literally insulted me on the phone calling me a dishonest person by not telling them this in advance as they wouldn't have bothered to come to give their valuable presentation and estimate. I guess this is how much they value their customers calling them names and insulting.Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy!
Just imagine how many more insults you have to endear if you actually hire them to do a job - I'll never do business with this outfit!
