Steve was an utter nightmare. He sends workers over at 8:00 in the morning unannounced. His guys don't speak English, so if you ask them what they're doing they just give you a blank stare. I have no idea if he or his guys are actually licensed electricians or solar installers because if you ask he just shouts at you and calls you a racist for asking. If this guy's crew shows up, the best thing you can do is escort them off your property.
