Blizzard of 2013-Scituate-recipe for emergencies.
We lost power Friday at 9pm and came back on Tuesday afternoon. Could not wait to return to home to power and warm home--did not get home until 10pm- and the heat was off!! House temp 3 degrees. Left a 10pm voicemail with Vonco pleading to fit us in on Wednesday (Scituate had massive water damage and nearly 100% power outages---know the demands on their services would be great so did not call the 'emergency "number)..Over the years they have been our go-to plumbers when our 100 year old house needed plumbing services and they have always got the job done well.
Anyway they got the message when finally returning to the shop at midnighr (!) -then called us back! They (two of them) came over AFTER MIDNIGHT and did not leave until 5am! I We had THREE burst pipes....Forever grateful for their professionalism and commitment to the community---soo far and above the call of duty.
