Poor business ethics. Owner is a crook. This company does not pull permits on their new installations (see permits department online for factual information) If you request a quote, they will not email it to you at the time of the visit. They’ll quote it to you over the phone, with a greater price than originally told. Their service is difficult to understand, as they have multi levels and different prices for the same repair! What a ripoff! Why would you have 5 different prices for the same repair?! They wanted me to pay before I even have gotten my repair completed. Then they said there was an alternate problem after the initial problem was “repaired.” HORRIBLE SERVICE! Would you pay for your car to be repaired before it gets repaired? NO!! You wouldn’t! Because you haven’t gotten a clue that it’ll actually function the way it’s suoposed to function! When your car is repaired, they take it for a test drive to ensure that it operates properly, THEN YOU PAY! Do Not Use this company! You will regret it! Even my neighbor used them and said they’ll never use them again. They’ll overcharge you!
