    Home renovation

    David and his team renovated my home in 2020, which had been vacant for 10 years prior and needed significant work. His team did a great job and worked very fast. I tell everyone my home renovation took 12 weeks and nobody can believe me. David is honest and fair, and does quality work. After my home renovation, we have used him multiple other times for smaller projects and also a house extension. I will highly recommend David to anyone!

    Full remodel and new addition
    $200,000

    David has done a full house gut/remodel and also built a new extension for us. We are repeat customers and the biggest reason is because of his honesty and willingness to make sure you are happy with the job. We have recommended him to several others who have used in and were also thrilled

    renovations

    I was the unsuspecting fool who moved into 3606 Summer Shore Lane AFTER this company, David Vossooghi and Sherwin Jacob Voss renovated the property without ONE permit or any plans or any County inspection after being paid $113,000.00. This lead to 5 county citations and me being forced out of my home. They poured concrete over the dryer exit vent, broke firewall, left open electrical boxes near gas leaks...I mean the nightmare of my life. Voss then denied doing the work to CSLB but thankfully CSLB investigated and cited them with 4 violations. You can check it out on CSLB website.
