CG promised to have his team of architects and engineers design the remodeling of my home and after 14 moths they have not produced adequate plans and VPG construction has failed to provide the information they needed to work. VPG requested deposits for subcontractors and worked on the property without having permits, he also took deposits that the was not able to implement and refused to refund. Miguel
after months of pretending to be working on the project retraced his proposals, claiming he couldn't do the work with the prices he had in his contract.
Valecillos after months of having to consult lawyers made a partial refund, but never provided the corrected plans. As of 9/5/2025 his lack of communication with the contractors created a stream of errors and miscalculations that now are costing me thousands to resolve. He has my drawings hostage, I can not hire new architects unless he provides all the drawings and I have to pay again for the redesign. He acts charming and says yes to everything, but fails to act. He uses your money to get himself out of other messy projects. He is completely incompetent.
