    Heater Repair
    $100

    Excellent communication Super knowledgable I highly highly recommend VT Heating for any heater repair or ac problems. Sevan from VT Heating & Air responded to my yelp request in minutes. He was quick to provide me with the required Liability Insurance docs that my HOA & Management company mandated. He showed up on time in the appointment window scheduled with a face mask following typical covid safety rules. Then climbs up the side wall ladder on my 3 story condo !! and repairs my heater (which hasn't been working for 2 years) in 20 minutes!! He even gave me a little education on carbon monoxide and checked for safe levels in my home and recommended I get a carbon monoxide detector for my safety. I had such a pleasant experience I even wrote a letter to my HOA & Management to make sure they recommend VT Heating & Air to our other tenants if they happen to have issues. Thank you A+++

    Fix HVAC system

    I had an issue a few weeks ago when our AC started blowing hot air. I called a few HVAC companies until I reached VT Heating & AC and spoke with Sevan. He mentioned that it could be a few things & was able to squeeze in a spot the same day, whereas the other companies didn't want to find the time due to it being a potentially small job. It turned out to be an issue with the capacitor that he replaced & tested. Even better, I was charged a very competitive price compared to the exorbitant quotes I received from the other HVAC companies. Highly recommend VT and will be calling them for any future needs.
