This is the worse plumber ever, he was hired to do a job and did not deliver. He would never show up and did not have the common courtesy of calling to tell me that he was either running late, or not coming at all. I had to miss work several times waiting on him, hours would go by and no signs of him, days and still no show, eventually three weeks went by and I still had not heard from him. He would not pick up his phone or call back whenever I tried contacting him. He expected me to call his workers and round them up to come to work. I ended up having to hire another plumber, I found out that Jones never did some of the plumbing work he had assured me of completing. He always got paid on time and did not deliver the quality work I expected and took his sweet time coming to work.
Andy owner of W.A. Jones Plumbing Inc is supposed to be a lic. plumber but did not even have the necessary tools the job required. He expected me to provide him with this tools, which is you are a lic. plumber, you should have your own tools. Dealing with this person and his worker was like watching/being in a soap opera, his worker was at his mercy and if he ever messed something up he would beg me not to tell Mr. Jones because he would dock money from his pay. If there was ever an argument or dispute between them, his worker was left without a vehicle, which Jones owns and I was the one to suffer, I would be left without a plumber/worker and would end up with nothing but my time wasted. Mr. Jones is very rude when talking to you, he talks very fast and will try to talk over you if you let him, he will also try to slip in a few words here and there, twist stuff around and will make it seem like you (the customer) do not know what you are talking about. If you are planing on hiring a plumber, run as far away as you can from W.A. Jones, you will get nothing but a headache out of this, I am sooo glad I do not have to deal with him ever again. He is such an unreliable, unprofessional person to deal with. I wish that I had done some research before I hired him. DONOT waste your time dealing with this sorry excuse for a plumber.
