W.A. Rose Construction

W.A. Rose is a general contractor, experts in residential, commercial and nonprofit building projects. A recent project was a whole-house remodel, turning a nondescript San Francisco row house into an exquisite Craftsman-style cottage. Our projects may also be small—installing a new front door and entryway that might be accomplished in a few weeks.

With the high price of office rents, companies are rethinking their needs, and we’re doing a lot of rightsizing/downsizing. As the economy continues to improve, W.A. Rose Construction is working with retail companies on tenant improvement projects.

We’ve developed long-term relationships with many nonprofit organizations throughout the Bay Area and are called on to do projects, both large and small. We replaced all of the windows at San Francisco’s St. Felicitas Catholic School and have completed many projects for Holy Names and St. Paul’s Episcopal School.

At W.A. Rose Construction, we’re recognized for our strong customer service ethic. We retrofitted the bar at Berkeley’s Pyramid Brewery and worked around their schedule. Our workday began after last call and ended when the restaurant opened for lunch. They set up a portable bar and were able to keep their doors open throughout the construction.
