    demo and reinstall backsplash

    Just bought a condo in Margate, wanted to replace the backsplash in the kitchen. Gabriel did a wonderful job of demolition and resetting the tile (which was actually glass). It is now a million dollar kitchen! He is professional, courteous, and prompt. Do not hesitate to hire him.

    Gabe and another really nice guy came to paint my 9X11 bedroom. They did a double coat and picked up the paint at the paint store. They were so clean about their work and I would hire them again when I have a bigger job for them. No matter how busy, they will do their best at finding a spot for your job. Good luck - you'll love them.

    Brick porch installation

    We hired W&B Villa Construction to do paver work and have been waiting for months for an estimate for another patio project. The first one was left with a sloppy cement job, that anyone in their right mind would look at and say that is not done. There were only about 50 bricks left, you think it would be common sense for someone to ask if you want an additional step to the driveway to avoid stepping in dirt. I understand it was not apart of the scope but we were wiling to pay for the additional step. Then Covid happened and he wasn't working. Okay fine, understood, but keep me updated as we thought we wanted to still hire him for additional jobs. Then now Gabriel has gone silent on me, never responding to my last 3 messages asking when he was going back to work. So now we have to hire someone else to clean up the sloppy job he left us. Totally unprofessional not to even respond. He requested the money fully up front too. I did pay him, not thinking he would leave his work like this. Now I got screwed for paying him all up front and him never coming back to fix the sloppy job he left us and we have to pay someone else to clean up his work. I would not recommend his company, you get what you pay for and it would of been a better idea to pay more to a company that follows through completely with quality work and customer service.

    Paver repair and power wash / seal

    My husband and I have a vacation rental property in Pompano Beach, however we live in San Francisco, CA. It can be difficult to find dependable vendors 3000 miles away. We have used W&B for 2 years and couldn't be more pleased. Gabe has been excellent from the start. Great communication, prompt follow up, and he sends us before and after photos to show is completed work. We highly recommend them and will continue to use for future projects.

    W&B Villa Construction LLC. completed a bathroom renovation at my condo in Coconut Creek Florida. I sent in a call to the Company and spoke with Gabriel Villa himself. I was hoping he could get to my job fairly quickly as I was at the condo only for a few weeks. Luckily he was coming off a large condo renovation. He immediately set up an inspection the nest day and was on time. I was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what and how I wanted the installation done. I am a retired architecture and technical teacher and do all my own designs and demolition. A gentlemen at all times he was able to access my needs and give me an estimate. I agreed and work started immediately. I supplied the tile. He supplied , thin set, Durock board , metal studs where needed,precision spacers with clips, Durock screws, drywall tape and Redguard water shield. Labor included the installation of the Durock walls, taped and sealed joints with Regruard water shield, tiled the (tub with shower) walls, then tile floors, and the bathroom walls except the bathroom entrance. Grout and cleanup and a niche installation with tile was also done. The workers along with Gabriel were expert in their work and cleaned everyday. At my request Gabriel also installed towel and tissue racks, with the bathroom light which was not in the original contract. These had to be mounted with spacers drilled into the porcelain tile. He charged a nominal fee of $150.00 While the job took one day longer than expected there was no overcharge. We have one more bathroom (master) to renovate and I will be looking forward to contacting Gabriel for an estimate. Excellent workmanship and pleasure to deal with. The cost of the work done was $1,300.00 and the size of the bathroom 5 x 8 ft. Anthony Mondanaro
