My experience with W&M was very unsatisfactory.
While I will commend their work product, and say that the remodel they did turned out well, their billing and pricing procedures are deplorable. Not once did they hold themselves to any price point they gave. When questioned about blowing by amounts I was told something would cost, I was informed by Brandi Miller that he was just shooting from the hip. Thus, he took no accountability for charging me well over what he told me things would cost. He took no blame and seemed to, in turn, blame me for wanting to hold him accountable for what he told me.
I see that this site is associated to Ruel Wells, co-owner, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. It's just a shame his initial is in the same company name as Brandi Miller.
I would never recommend W&M to anyone, and if anyone is contemplating hiring them, I would strongly recommend getting a proper bid so that W&M does not take financial advantage of them as they did me.
