    W & O has done several projects for Metro Water Services over the years, but it's been a while since I have been involved with a project where they provided services. All of the work they've done for us has been more municipal - type work, such as pipelines, pump station and treatment plant type of work. They performed well to my best recollection, with no particularly memorable issues - which is a good thing! Not knowing what type of work your associate is contemplating, this may or may not be comparable in scope.
