Jake was great - efficient and thorough. Unlike many other contractors - he called me back, arrived when he said he would, and did the job as per our agreement. He'll be back in my house to hit more of the Honey Do list! I especially liked that he took photos to show me what he had done - which meant I did not have to climb into the dusty attic to check his work.
