  Water Heater Install.

  Due to a bad water heater the gentlemen who came out was knowledgeable and very professional he came out last week completed the install and had us back up in service. I was very happy thank you Jhon! I would definitely use this company again! A.Z

  If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely the WORST company to deal with!!! I call my home warranty AHS(American Home Shield) and they sent this company to repair a leak that caused over $100k damage to my home. Their "technician" Mason came and said "No Leak however there is an issue that should be repaired, I put in a request for Authorization to repair." Upon contacting my warranty company I discovered Mason closed my service request as complete, when I called the company the person who answered called me a liar and hung up in my face. I will be reporting to the BBB they are super unprofessional and obviously their "plumbers" are not actual plumbers. American Leak Detection company came out to diagnose asses the cause of the damage and specifically noted what the cause was so I know for a fact it was the leak in the shower.

  Incompetent lazy plumber which wasted my time in a time of crisis due to a broken water pipe...The technician was nothing more than a lazy snake oil salesman trying to upsell more services. Lady that answers the phone is rude and clearly lacks the customer service skills.. Also, how hard is it to look professional, the technician looked like he just woke up.. save your time and money and do not deal with this company..

  I don't know why everyone is giving this company a bad review. I had them out last week for my kitchen sink that was backed up. They came and fixed it and told me what to do to prevent it again. Will always use this company!

  They are terrible!! They were not respectful on the phone. The lady who answered it was rude and clearly uneducated. They scheduled to fix our plumbing issue and never showed. I called them and they just hung up. When they were hanging up I could hear them calling me inappropriate language names.

  WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER!!! Dispatch lady is COMPLETELY disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never met a lady with so much disrespect. Not sure what world she's in but not suitable to do her work. The service tech that came out, Mason has no patient and doesn't do his job well. I hope this company gets audited.

  Work never completed

  Our experience was awful. They came to replace our faucet which was covered in our addendum for American Home Shield. The guys shows up and argues with my husband that it’s not covered, gets pissed off and walks off the job slamming our door in the way out. Totally unprofessional. So we called AHS again and they verified that yes we were covered. We’ve had to contact AHS 4 times and Shining Knights won’t call us. We also tried calling them directly and still no response.

  American Home Shield contracted to replace my Garbage Disposal and unclog my drain

  Plumbing tech came to replace my garbage disposal and unclog my drain.
  Mason was the plumbing tech, he change out my garbage disposal without putting some kind of seal when installing the disposal, after installing the garbage disposal, he never ran the water to check for leaks. all he wanted to do is leave after installing the garbage disposal because he knew it was going to leak, he also charge me $20.00 to cut a quarter inch of plywood panel that was not on my invoice. he indicated that while installing my garbage disposal that the sink was rusted by the sink drain. After I started to clean the sink water started to leak from the newly install garbage disposal. He gave me indication that it was going to leak by leaving a number for a sink repair company and never turn on the water to check for leaks. This company that American Home Shield contract the work is not very professional. Now I wasted a whole day and need to set another appointment with American Home Shield. time is being wasted while my kitchen sink is still leaking.

  They were contracted through American Home Shield for my home warranty. My toilet literally clogs every single day, no matter what is in it. Everyone fears even using that bathroom. This guy came out, flushed it and because it flushed he said it's fine. He did zero other tests, its fine... super, thanks for nothing.

  evaluate and repair leaky drain line.

  Jamil was sent to the house in Sacramento, we had called American Home Shield, do to a leak found under the house during a termite inspection . We paid our $125.00 fee and were very excited to have this covered under our warranty. Jamil arrived at the property with no clue of where the leak was and asked where the bathrooms were, my wife had to tell him again what was going on. I had already explained to the dispatch woman exactly what was going on and what was needed . Jamil went to the side of the house to the entry way underneath which is 14' X 24" standard. He said to my wife," I'm really husky I can not fit (underneath the house) and we will have to send someone else out. We later that day received an email from AHS stating THE SHINING PLUMBING KNIGHTS said the entryway was not to code and that they will not go under the house to repair any leaks. My wife and I immediately called the home warranty , they said they will send another plumber out. We called THE SHINING PLUMBING KNIGHTS back and my wife was telling them of the situation , she explained to THE SHINING PLUMBING KNIGHTS we are disputing the diagnostic given, and we explained to them that Jamil lied to us stating you would send a smaller person to fix it. The dispatch woman or office assistant then said " OK GREAT HAVE A GOOD DAY " and hung up on my wife. I would never recommend this outfit out of Elk Grove and I hope that AHS drops them from their list of contractors.

  Verified Hire

  WTF did a good work. It took longer than normal because of how the home warranty made them get the hot water heater directly from the warranty company instead of using one they already had or purchasing one at Home Depot or their distributor. Otherwise, they showed up when they said they would, rebuilt the stand out of metal instead of wood that would rot, and were friendly.

  W T F Plumbing Inc Dba M S E Plumbing

  I felt very comfortable working with this plumber. They were right on time and they took care of all my needs and then some. I thought I was going to need a new hot water heater but they fixed a part and saved me some money. Very trustworthy and provide quality work and service. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.
