3 years ago they installed our $60,000 salt water pool w/ electric cover. Recently one of our LED pool lights stopped working and for over 3 weeks I’ve been contacting the owner (Jim) and gotten little to no response and have yet to have someone out to repair or replace the light. It astounds me that a company could have such disregard for their customers.

This Company does not even deserve a 1 star score!! We hired Waddell Pools to put in our $60K pool 5 years ago. After signing the contract things seemed to run smoothly for the 1st month, then the constant excuses began one after another. Jim, the owner, began to show up only to collect $ while his one man crew, Rob, did all the work w/whom ever he could find to help that day. Health issues began to plague Jim & his family & we saw less & less of him. TO THIS DAY we are still trying to complete our pool because no one else will come in to complete it. Rob got us to where we could use our pool & quit. At this point our 90 day contract was now a 270 day breach.. I did not think this business was still open since Jim stopped answering my calls long before Rob quit. Trying to get Rob to finish the job was futile.
