Completely unprofessional service, not sure how these guys are still in business. I like many other reviewers got stuck with these guys because of Choice home warranty. I have since complained to CHW and asked them to take these guys off their list. Scheduling was a nightmare and at first part of it was my fault as I travel a lot for work, but multiple no shows and no calls. We had a leaking shower head, they finally sent a guy to come fix it, he was cursing the whole time and just complaining how overworked he was. They left after the "fix" however that night the leak returned. Reached out right away to try and schedule another visit. Ghosted. Left voicemails texts, finally reached out to CHW got a response and they said they couldn't fix it. Had to submit another claim and got stuck with these guys again and they immediately declined. If they are as busy as they say they are then stop accepting claims. Also just a simple call or text on being late or not going to make it goes a long way. Again if you can avoid these guys do it. Not good work and completely unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would.
