Have to give al least one star. I guess that is for them coming out and telling us they are going to fix the warranty issues with our house. That was nice...until they get here and treat you like they are doing you some sort of favor. Terrible customer service, horrible workmanship, and had to go clear to the President of the company to get any help at all. We are the 4th repair for the same issue and they still can;t seem to do what they communicate is going to be done, cut corners and even go so far as to treat you like the issues are your fault for buying their house! SO UNETHICAL!!!! All I can say is buyer beware!
