Horrible. Unresponsive, never does as promised. I hired Wagner to fix a leak before the winter. He never inspected the cause and simply put caulking all around the skylight. Right after he fixed it, the leak continued. He would promise to come back and then not do so. The skylight ended up leaking all throughout winter and spring as snow and ice melted. He finally agreed to refund half the fees and then never did so. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Promised references and never delivered. Do not hire
