Read before you hire!
We have hired this contractor to do a retaining wall and after day 7 of him "finishing" the job the wall started to tilt. After other professionals came to estimate how much would cost to fix the wall we realized he didn't use any anchor nor he used the size of wood beams he said he was going to use, the other contractors just say this was a really bad job done. He also damaged our lawn and broke our garage door and window with the bobcat, he uses unprofessional, threatening and disrespectul communication when we tried to bring him back to fix the damages, he claimed we have another contractor to fix his mess and doesn't want to use his insurance, we never hired anybody else as we don't have the money since we pay all to him. He does sloppy job and you need to watch out for this. After many calls trying to bring him back to fix this he made us take him to arbitration via the website he was before (Thumbtack) and he signed a contract that he was going to abidde by the arbitrator decision. We won the arbitration and he now has an open claim for breach of contract. He has not paid the amount we got awarded for and has been kicked out of Thumbtack website until this is solved. We have reported to the BBB on Western Pennsylvania and will have a judgement entered in court, we will also persued with the Attorney General. Just be aware he is not as great as he may show you at first, he will give you a great price but the consequences are terrible. We will go to every website he is at so that other customers don't pass the terrible experience we have passed. I have all the evidence to show if you need it.
