Jason did a great job getting in touch to schedule the install and helped to explain what to expect from start to finish. The installers arrived on time and were polite and respectful. I am very pleased with the work and how they left my home after completing their work.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I got my floor through lumber liquidators and they were sent to measure and install. The man that measure my floor name was brandon and he was great. He was super helpful on what I needed considering humidity and my pets. When I was ready to install the owner handled scheduling me personally. He handled everything with care and made sure the installers had a large enough window to install but did it hastily so I could get my house back to normal order. My installer Eddie was very professional and he did a wonderful job on my floor. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job and I would use their service again in a heartbeat. No problems at all very happy.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Jim from Wagner's construction was the contractor/installer for flooring installation purchased from Lumber Liquidators. Floors were laid vertically instead of horizontal. Thresholds that don't need to be present are loose and look cheap. I have a floating floor, but they planned on breaking up the floor at the hallways and bedrooms, so it looks like you finished one room at a time as money permitted. I complained and was ignored. This company has to complete warranty work, unfortunately. So I am stuck with this company. What grinds my gears was how they placed a new air conditioner on top of a spot in the floor that had "bubbled" instead of making it right. I caught it from the first installer team who arrived and the second installer team added more padding under the floor when I moved the air conditioner box for final inspection and addressed it. Sneaky... I would not recommend this company to anyone. The door needed to be trimmed, so they dropped it, gauged it and scratched the door before making an uneven cut.

Do not use this company. Dean from this company installed our hardwood floors they glued and nailed our floors the problem was they left glue all over our brand new floors we had to call them back to clean it up and they came back and still didn’t get all of it up. Then they dumped all of their scrap wood and trash in my garage floor and cut the floor vents almost 2” off from the registers in the floor what a sorry company to deal with, don’t waste your money.
