Zack estimated and accepted a complete bathroom install including waste pipe from kitchen, toilet, sink, shower, hotwater heater. He started in May and has never finished it. First he was too busy he said, then short handed, then someone got hurt. I have been promised week after week that he will be there to finish up and get the final inspection. I am at wits end. This job was to be finished by July 4th. It is now Aug 14th. This company has had 3 months to do a weeks work. The last promised date of completion was Aug. 7. On my part I have moved the hotwater heater up to the loft so his guys would not have to lift it. Septic tanks have been installed and are ready for his hook up. I JUST WANT IT FINISHED. I HAVE NO TOILET.
