The decision to replace our home windows of 40 years wasn’t an easy one due to the high cost.
Renewal by Anderson Windows definitely met and exceeded our expectations in deciding this was the company to choose for the project. They made the process from the first contact of the salesman to the end finished product. Michael Thompson, Salesman came in to our home with expertise in window knowledge, coordinated well with us in the planning for replacement of the windows, was respectful of our home, treated us with the utmost kindness and has made follow-up contacts several times to ensure high quality services were met throughout the project.
Waldmann Contracting Construction contracts with Renewal by Anderson to complete the project. The crew pulled in the driveway to prepare for the project with enthusiasm, respect and coordinated well with each others duties. The installation process was very impressive to observe from beginning to end. The team of four worked diligently, constantly and defiantly were experts at their skilled jobs Crew chief, Esteban Waldmann walked us through every step of the project, provided information, needed maintenance about the windows, and defiantly provided high quality services. He was not only knowledgeable about the project but very respectful to his crew and to us as customers.
The window replacement definitely met and exceeded our expectations. We are happy to share our Anderson Window experience to anyone out there considering replacing home windows. We are definitely a great reference.
