I'm pleased with his work. He's out and done several things in my house. He's always stuck to the budget and the time frame for when delivery should be done which are very important. I love the quality of the work produced and reliability of the sub-contractors who came out to our house. A lot of contractors that I have worked with in the past often go over budget, they don't calculate certain files or work that is needed to complete the project. And this company is the complete opposite of them. He's very thoughtful. He provides a list of what materials are going to cost, what profit they will deal per job, so you can clearly see what you're paying for.

Though Mr. Bradshaw is very personable, we were not pleased with the overall work done by Walker Bradshaw Const. Co. - the cost overruns that kept piling up, his seemingly lack of presence in on-site supervision & coordination, the difficulty in getting in touch with him during the project, and the fact Mr. Bradshaw walked off the job leaving some of the contracted work incomplete and never even showing up to do the final walkthrough inspection with us. I would not use his services again.
