    They are very unprofessional, dishonest, their work is very poor quality, overpriced. They will go ahead and do work without your approval, make it seem like it is your problem, they will buy snacks on their invoices that they will charge to you. Use blinds to cover up their bad paint work. They will do anything to cut corners, they won't even lay down drop clothes when they paint your place either and they will charge you double had you gone to a professional. They should not be in business.

    Team Swor has been the worst management company I have ever dealt with and everyone there is unprofessional and rude. It took them almost 4 months to fix a roof that FELL down in my bedroom and I left them countless messages, emails and even drove to their office. They sent out a contractor that looked like he came out of a dumpster and needed to make a few bucks, and he took 2 looks at my problem and never came back!!! They ignore phone calls and avoid problems you have like the plague. I don't know anyone who has had a good experience with this company.

    Willenbring built my home in 2002. I found it as a repo and bought it from a bank.
    They used the cheapest materials, and skimped on anything they could get away with. For example: The May 22nd Minneapolis tornado wiped my garage off its foundation. There were no bolts in the slab holding the structure down, and they used six inch wide block instead of the required full block. Now to replace the garage, it will cost me extra to have a totally new foundation pored with anker bolts.
    The house foundation block has holes in it covered by insulation. Insulation in the attic was below the code requirement, and the ceilings are only 1/2 inch sheet rock instead of 5/8 inch sheet rock code required. The roof did not have any ice and water membrane along the eaves. I showed these code violations to the chief building inspector in Minneapolis, and she stated "They won't be building in Minneapolis again."
    The more educated consumers become with building codes and practices, hopefully the less we will be riped off by builders like Willenbring.
