Builder started out great...but then delay after delay. Home was to be done in Dec. 2021 then it was moved back due to covid.. I understand that things are going on with supplies. To make a long story short we canceled the contract and Corey the "owner" said he would not give us any type of refund for the pool. Corey said I have to pay the pool company back for their costs of permits. The pool company has NEVER been paid and Mr. Walker is keeping the pool companies money. On top of that the pool company charged us for the permits! So we paid double for the permits. Avoid this company at all cost.

We would express our highest praise about Walker Homes at this point.
Right from the start, the planning and financial arrangements were exactly as discussed in advance. Since we live in Europe and due to Covid travel restrictions we
we were not able to personally inspect the construction progress once.
Nevertheless, the remote communication worked perfectly. Corey Walker and his team were very responsive, friendly and helpful for any requests. Corey himself even provided us with photos of the building progress regularly!
When we entered the house for the first time, a dream actually came true.
The excellent construction was evident after Hurrikane Ian, the entire house remained intact, not even a shingle was blown off.
All in all it was a pleasant building process, we are very satisfied.
