    Economy Plumbing did a decent job with installing my water heater. They had to be called back twice by the building inspector to resolve installation issues. They returned in a timely manner each time and I ended up with a quality job. However, the customer service that I received in the process was HORRIBLE. I was yelled at and called names by one plumber. I was hung up on by the office manager twice, all for questioning the validity of a $29 part charge. I was amazed at how unprofessional and disrespectful these staff members were. Customer service is a big part of business. The owner needs to look into getting some anger management and customer service training for employees.
