On September 5, 2013, Walker Roofing gave us an estimate of $3,125 to remove and replace a flat roof over our Florida Room, but instead we opted for a repair price of $325. The roof again leaked in a different place two years later, so we paid $3,300 to have the roof removed and replaced, with a 4-year guarantee. We have had no significant leaks since then, but did have a minor leak in a very heavy rain, but have not called for any repairs, since it only happened once.
I recommend Walker Roofing as a reliable and honest service provider.
