I had a really bad experience with Joe Walker. He has yet to return my calls. I am really depressed that he did not know what he was doing and will not meet me half way to recover the cost of having to pay another contractor to fix his work. He needs to work on his craft. He is not very knowledgeable or professional in my opinion. Sadly I actually was hoping this wasn't the case, he came referred from a good friend. He put in new floors didn't sand them well, only clear coated next to a stained floor. Tried to tell me there was no way to match. The floors were so rough your socks snagged when you walked on them. The next guy made it look so easy. Re sanded floors, did a few stain samples we picked the one that matches, floors look perfect, match exactly right up against each other. I am so bummed I had to go through this twice and am out double the money! I do not recommend this company.
