I had a bad experience with Wallace Creech in 2007 and I was surprised to see they were still in business. My bathroom remodel was poorly constructed, the toilet was set on extra broken tile and caulked to hide the fact that it wouldn't meet the floor, window stopped working almost immediately, and I was unable to get them to repair. A couple of years later the foundation settled and the title cracked.
