He builds a nice hone but his response to resolve issues is horrible. He doesn’t show up when he says he will. He expects his home buyer to work directly with his subs. The subs work for the builder, not the homeowner. Subs are not always responsive to the homeowner and the issue might not be related to their work but the work of another sub or the design. We’ve had many new homes and Never have we seen a builder with this low level of professionalism. There are many good builders in the area. Wallace is not one of them.
