Wallin Construction LLC. has two full-time safety officers and we maintain a written safety policy, which our employees and subcontractors agree to abide by. We realize the importance of safety on our projects and we make every effort to make a safe working environment for our employees and subcontractors.
In addition to keeping our employees safe, we also keep them educated. The Construction industry is constantly changing with the steady flow of new techniques, laws, and codes. To help stay ahead of the game we offer classes and training sessions for our employees.
In an effort to keep our pricing bellow the market rate we keep many of our trades in house. This allows us to keep complete control of our pricing and still provide the top notch service and quality that our customers have come to expect. We provide the fallowing services in-house; Painting, Flooring, Framing,Drywall and general repairs. This high quality and low price approach have allowed our refurbishments to receive awards for both the 2010 and 2011 “TOBY” awards at both a local and regional levels.

Wallin Construction built my custom home in 2018. I feel like Justin and his team delivered a very well built home at a reasonable price. Justin communicates extremely well and he is always fair and makes it right. He's been great post build as well. He cashed his check long ago, but he is always there to answer any questions and provide support.
