This project took from May 2015 til October 2015. ALL the appliances were at the site already. They left people in their 80's without a kitchen or running water in the kitchen the whole 5 months. Thank goodness for an auxiliary microwave set up in the dining room. But there was no place to wash of dishes. They say they will show up, don't show up, and don't call to let you know they are not showing up. So you waste DAYS waiting on them. They do good work for the most part-but they couldn't make the under counter lighting work so they left. My husband fixed it after they left-they had wired it in BACKWARDS. They are lousy at trim work-they don't bevel the corners and it looks unprofessional. They also installed several shelving units backwards-they were facing backwards. We flipped them around. They also left the nail heads showing instead of covering them up. We found the stuff they use to cover left up on the top of the shelf-so they meant to, but didn't.They also do outsides of houses which we need done. We let them know we would consider them early on. And yet they treated us like this. No repeat business from us. Would not recommend unless all you have to be done is appliance installation-and that you can do yourself.
If you can miss 2 days of work and pay $600 to install a water heater in an easy accessible area, go for it! I was in the middle of water leaking and had to accept the price quote. This is installer for Home Depot. Lowe’s is my place to go from now on.
