Wally installed a lower efficiency furnace (92%) compared with the 95% we agreed upon. I confronted him about it and he first blamed the store and finally admitted it. He refunded $200 at my insistence. When Chicago's cold winter hit, the furnace did not keep up. He gave me a 1 year warranty and I contacted Wally 3 times now and he refuses to come address the problem. I also checked the American standard manufacturer and discovered he undersized the furnace (I have almost 1900 sq ft, furnace good up to 1644 sq ft). Verify everything in writing with this man and check to ensure he installed what you paid for and ensure it fits with recommendations on the manufacturers website...buyer beware!
