Our furnace stopped working last week and upon a recommendation from another heating company, I called Wally's Mechnical. Jeremy was quick to respond and came out within a few hours. He assessed our problem immediately, gave it a quick fix and said he would be back when he located the needed part.
We had heat immediately and he called that day saying he had found the part and letting us know when he would return. I was very impressed with him, his communication, and timeliness to help us out. He has risen to my #1 heating contractor, and since I am in real estate, I will be offering his name as a referral. Thank you Jeremy??
