Met Tim in Sarasota , was having problems with my air conditioning unit . He sold me a bottom line air conditioner than charged prime price , installed it wrong . Had problems with it from jump street . After 5 a temps for him to fix the problem , year later told him on phone was going to report him he came out took 2 hours to to tell me it’s the compressor it going be 1000.00 labor . Parts are coved . After I already paid thousands to him . I called a 5 star experience A/C contractor he told me he put in a used thermostat wrong for system the duct work could not handle the over size unit . I needed a 3 1/2 ton , I have a 4 ton .
There was no filter in the TPX Cooling line which caused damaged to compressor . Not allowing my system to run correctly. This guy and company is a total ripoff, Total salesman lies on top of lies at my cost . Run from this company less you got plenty of money and you like headaches. -

No , they use cheap AC units and I feel very ripped off. Unprofessional as well. Wasted my money for sure.

Our AC was blowing warm, someone I know suggested Tim. He spent an hour hunting for the leak with no equipment, said it must be tiny, then refilled, plus leak stop. I watched his scale while he did it, he put in 2lbs, but charged 4lbs on the bill, $400+. Slimy tactics. In a few days it was warm again. We called to complain, he came out again, did the same routine, 2 hours leak hunting, couldn't find the leak, charged it up the same way again (I was an idiot to keep going with him). Guess what, warm again in a week. Finally I called a different company, what I should have done from the start. They found the leak in 3 minutes with a proper detector (the evaporator in the attic), they called around and found it was still just under warranty, replaced the whole part no charge besides labor. What an absolute night and day difference in competence and values.
