Horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. These guys are total frauds. Had a home generator installed in January 2015. Since then, I've spent $4,000 replacing the poorly installed natural gas line that started leaking. (By the way, when I called them to complain and try to get someone out for a look, I got NO response). On 10/31/2019 during a nasty storm, my automatic transfer switch did not work when the power went out. Turns out that the ATS installation was totally botched. It was mounted too low on our wall and the utility lines were run FROM THE TOP with insufficient sealant. SO, the coil got corroded and malfunctioned. Not sure yet how much this is going to cost. NEVER, EVER, USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING! YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS IS AT RISK.
By the way, this was the recommended installer since I bought the generator from Lowes. Other than nails and screws, Lowes won't get my money for anything either.
