  I'm a contractor that does renovations for various outlet stores throughout Pennsylvania , Maryland, and Massachusetts . We hired Walterpriceflooring to do our tile installations in the entryway at theTannersville outlet mall at the Clarks shoes store... Not only did he do an excellent job but from the moment I contacted him he was at the job within an hour ,measured it, and gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done and gave me a price.... many times when we do out of state installations we get our installer from Craigslist which has many people know can be a gamble... But after talking to Walter price in the first 10 minutes I knew exactly he knew what he was talking about we're very happy to have them on board as our flooring contractor for all of our flooring installations

  VERY PLEASED!!

  It's a shame when somebody tries to deface the good name of a company. We had Walter price flooring give us an estimate... He was very thorough, And he covered a lot of the issues that some of the other contractors didn't even mention. That made me feel confident because we knew that the price he gave us was going to be the final price and that we would'nt be in store for any surprises. After getting an estimate which was very competitive, we saw the negative review online and we talked to the owner about it and he gave us several references where they had done work in the Poconos and we spoke with the homeowners and they were very pleased with the work that they did. My husband and I saw that it was the only review online and so we decided to give our review and we are encouraging the other homeowners that we talk to you to please leave their review. In this day and age that we live in where is very difficult to trust people especially contractors.. It's nice to know that there's somebody out there that actually does what they say and that isn't out to get one over on you.

  flooring install

  Third rate contractor

  This contractor does good flooring installs but his finish work leaves much to be desired. He is also not an honest individual in his business practices. We inadvertently made an overpayment for work which had already been paid for and have had to sue this person in small claims court. He never even showed up to the hearing and we won by default. He also walked off with a tile cutter without paying for it until we threatened to have him arrested. Mr. Price damaged a freshly painted wall around our front door as well as leaving 14 bags of garbage on our property. Do yourselves a favor and find some one else, you'll be happy you did.
